Extra virgin olive oil

Our olive grove is made up of centuries-old olive trees of different qualities. The olives are hand-picked and transported to the mill for cold pressing in the shortest time possible to prevent the olives from starting to oxidize and above all to obtain an oil as rich as possible in aromas and flavors.

Jams

Jams are made simply with fruit and sugar, paying attention to the choice of fruit, its degree of ripeness and to measuring the sugar based on the natural sweetness of the fruit.

We do not use preservatives or thickeners, not even natural ones like apple or pectin, but 100% of the fruit indicated on the label.
